CREDIT CARD ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Send a list of what you want to jgwilson@dowco.com.
2. Send credit card payment thru Paypal. If you already have a Paypal account, I'm sure you know what to do (enter jgwilson@dowco.com as seller). If you don't have a paypal account go to www.paypal.com to sign up, it's pretty easy and painless.
3. List alternatives for everything except the live videos and cassettes or you'll get a credit slip. You can e-mail me to reserve items if you want. Don't forget to add postage (see below for rates)!

NORTH AMERICA
$2 postage for orders under $20, free postage on orders of $20 or more.
OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA
$3 for each cassette, $5 for each video, 25% on all other items.

1. Send well concealed cash, checks or money orders made out to J. Wilson, not Monolithic! Prices are listed in US funds and payment must also be in US funds.
